Exceed LLC is a one-of-a-kind, up-and-coming transportation service based in the Midwest, providing expedited transportation services to all 48 states.
Founded in 2024 by a team of industry professionals with over 30 years of transportation experience, we made it our personal mission to provide drivers and customers alike with a refreshingly honest experience in an industry often filled with mediocre service and empty promises.
Our goal is to deliver exceptional service with our well-qualified OTR drivers and top-of-the-line equipment.
Moving freight is our trade, but helping people move matters just as much. Every year, Exceed LLC supports a small group of charitable organizations through direct donations and transport.
Mileva Project is a US-registered nonprofit that buys plane tickets so children of the Serbian diaspora can visit Serbia, many for the first time. Applications open yearly, children are drawn at random, and the process is fully transparent.

Requirements
- CDL Class A
- Minimum 18 months of OTR experience
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
- No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 2 years
- No SAP drivers
FAQ
How long do solo drivers stay on the road?
Solo drivers run 21 days, then get 5 days off. This means that for one extra week on the road, you get 1 extra day off.
Do you hire SAP drivers?
No, we do not hire drivers who are currently in the SAP program.
Do you hire solo drivers from all states?
No. We don’t hire solo drivers living west of Denver (some exceptions possible).
How are miles paid?
Drivers are paid 70 CPM
Is your company pet-friendly?
Yes, we are! We welcome pets, but please note that only pets weighing 25 pounds or less are allowed.
